Flat Face

Flat sheet cut to size, no thermoforming involved, square saw cut or cut by router for complex shapes.

Flat Pan Face

Flat sheet is cut to an (over-sized) sheet, vacuum formed and trimmed to final size. Flanges are specified (typically 1-3"), a flat pan is formed (top of pan used for face decoration).

Pan Embossed Copy

Same as the Flat Pan except that the copy on the face (all or part) is embossed (usually 1/2"), although other dimensions and dimensional shapes are possible.

Embossed ChanneL

Typically, the letter or shape is embossed with a trimmed flange. This flange is then bonded with trim cap to allow securing to the channel letter. Made from acrylic.

Embossed Cap-Over

The same as Embossed Channel Letter Faces except made from PC (polycarbonate) and formed such that an integral lip for attachment to the channel letter. No trim capping is required.
